Fruit for this wine is sourced from a vineyard 250m above our own in the cool reaches of Upton Hill in the Strathbogie Ranges.
This very varietal Sauvignon Blanc displays a pale straw colour with grassy tones and hints of ripe passionfruit. On the palate the crisp acid preludes the fruity refreshing length, roll on summer.
Getting this wine together has certainly been NO PICNIC, However the challenge has been worth it and we hope you enjoy the final product as much as we do.
