The high altitude of the Strathbogie Ranges provided the fruit used to make this wine. Such a cool climate has enhanced the aromas and varietal flavours.

This wine shows a straw colour with a lovely bronze hue, leading to a delightful pear and nutmeg spice with hints of apricot blossom. Well balanced crisp acidity and fruit richness, give the palette a textured and plush feel.

Getting this wine together has certainly been NO PICNIC, However the challenge has been worth it and we hope you enjoy the final product as much as we do.
